Edward A. Reynolds Edward Albe Reynolds was born February 18, 1931 in Orland PA. He graduated high school in Erdenheim Pennsylvania in 1949. Ed joined the US Army on January 19, 1949 and graduated from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces in 1973, training as an artillery specialist. He graduated from the Command and General Staff College. He served in both Germany and Korea retiring with the rank of Colonel. After his service, his work took him to Pittsburgh Pennsylvania where he became active with the VFW. He married Margaret and has three daughters: Cheryl, Debbie and Robin.. He lived in Burlington City, then moved to Delanco in 1955 and lived at 532 Burlington Avenue in Delanco. Ed became very active in Washington Fire Co No 1 and served as Fire Chief, Emergency Management Coordinator at the township and county level. He was certified as an Emergency Management Coordinator, a Fire Fighter Level Three, Hazardous Materials Technician and an Adult Educator in the State of New Jersey. He has served as an instructor at the Fire, EMS, and Police Academy and is considered a Nuclear Weapons Specialist. He served as a researcher for The Delanco Story (1976). Col. Ed Reynolds passed away in February 2021 in South Carolina at age 90. US Army, Col. Artillery Korea Germany 1931 - 2021
